Jonathan Baker

Founder | Vocational Evaluator

Jonathan Baker, DPhil, CVE, ICVE, IPEC (he/him) is the founder of EVALU8, Inc. With a background in vocational rehabilitation dating back to 2015, Baker combines formal training in psychology, philosophy, and vocational evaluation with lived neurodivergent experience to provide a thoughtful, holistic, and person-centered approach. He holds multiple professional credentials in vocational evaluation and psychometric assessment, has contributed to professional peer review processes, and is known for producing objective, data-driven evaluations in a supportive and approachable environment that helps clients feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout the evaluation process.

Cezuan Martinez

Vocational Evaluator Assistant

Mrs. Cezuan Martinez (she/her) serves as a Vocational Evaluator Assistant at EVALU8, Inc., where she supports the vocational evaluation process through client coordination, assessment support, scheduling, and administrative organization. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Martinez also assists with Spanish-language evaluations and provides interpretation support when needed to help ensure clear communication and a comfortable experience for Spanish-speaking clients. Known for her professionalism, reliability, and approachable demeanor, she plays an important role in maintaining EVALU8’s commitment to individualized, accessible, and client-centered services.
